Q. When you were a kid, were you in leadership roles?
A. I was an Eagle Scout, played on the basketball and soccer teams, and was the student body co-president. Looking back, I’ve always had a certain social intelligence. I can read a situation and make it work. If it was apparent that no one was leading a situation, I would just jump in and say, “Let’s figure this out.”
