The model residence occupies half of the 38th floor in their trophy development, which is currently the tallest residential building in New York City at 1,396 feet. The 96-story tower, designed by architect Rafael Viñoly, has 104 half- and full-floor condominium units designed by Deborah Berke.

Accessible via private elevator landing, it has 12.5-foot ceilings with building’s signature 10-foot-by-10-foot windows overlooking the city.
