Few people disagree that Disney has one of the best customer service models of any theme park/entertainment company. If you have ever had an occasion to ask one of their staff, ..er.. I mean…cast members.. for help, you know what I’m taking about.
Many years ago when my youngest son was just a small tyke of about 18 months, we miscalculated the day’s need and had a little diaper emergency.
You would have thought The President of the United States was in need of medical attention the way the cast members sprung into action and within moments. a fresh Pamper was delivered into our hands.
